Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2.4 One Account Per Player

Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, ek332 will close the duplicate accounts and may permanently close all associated accounts at its sole discretion.

10.1 Force Majeure

ek332 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, telecommunications network failures, natural disasters, civil unrest, or acts of a third-party service provider.

Privacy and Data Protection

ek332 collects, processes, and stores personal data from registered Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately and forms part of the contractual agreement between the Platform and each Player. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and subsequent use of the Platform — including name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information, and betting history — is used to operate the Platform, process transactions, verify identity, provide customer support, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and, where consent has been given, to deliver promotional communications.

Termination of Account

12.1 Termination by Player

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
